Ingredients: 4 whole wheat or other flavored bagels cut in half, 4 slices Cheddar Cheese, 4 slices tomato, 8 slices cucumber, 1 cup alfalfa sprouts, 4 slices red onion, 1/2 cup herb-flavored cream cheese
Instructions: To make each bagel sandwich, spread 1 bagel half with 2 tablespoons cream cheese, 1 slice cheese, 1 slice tomato, 4 slices cucumber, 1 slice red onion and 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts. Top with remaining bagel half.
Total time: 15 minutes.
