A new day, a new cooking secret brought to you by Clay Douglass. Today, we are cooking Tuna Noodle.

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons flour, 1package wide egg noodles, 2 tablespoons butter, 2 cup Cheddar cheese (or similar), 1 cup milk, 1 can drained tuna.

Instructions: In a large pot of salted water, boil noodles and drain. In a saucepan, mix flour and butter. Stir until the ingredients are combined evenly. Add milk, and whisk until the sauce starts to thicken. Add cheese, and whisk until cheese is melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in tuna, and noodles. Serve immediately.Enjoy!
