Already Thursday, time for a new Clay Douglass´ Cooking Secret: Swiss Burger.

Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 4 split toasted buns, 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese, 2 cup pickle slices

Instructions: Mix beef with pepper and salt and make 8 1/4 inch thick patties. Put pickles and cheese on four patties. Top with remaining four patties and seal the edges. Grill until done to your liking. Serve and enjoy!

Total Time: 30 minutes.

You will like if: cheese drives you crazy.
