Ingredients: 3 frozen bananas, 1 cup pineapple juice, 10 large frozen strawberry.
History: By the 1990s and 2000s, smoothies became available at mainstream cafés and coffee shops, and in pre-bottled versions at supermarkets.
Instructions: First, slice the bananas and put them into the blender. Next, add the pineapple juice. Finally cut the strawberry into slices and add them. Blend the mixture. Chill and serve.
Total Time: 15 minutes – that is quick.
