Have you ever tried Samosa? If not, you should. Clay Douglass Cooking Secrets brings the Samosa.

Ingredients: 1 finely diced potato. 3 cloves of crushed garlic, 1 cup fresh peas, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 diced carrot, 1 tablespoon oil (olive oil if possible), 2 tablespoon curry, ready-made pastry, 150 ml vegetable stock, salt and pepper.

Instructions: First, heat the oil in a pan. Next, add garlic and onion, curry and fry until cooked. Once ready, add the rest of the vegetables and seasoning.Add the vegetables, seasoning and stir well until coated. Add the stock, cover and simmer for 30 minutes until cooked. For the pastry, divide the pastry into 12 equal pieces. Roll each of the pieces into a ball and roll out into a circle of 15 cm. Then, divide this circle into two equal pieces with a knife.

Brush each edge with a little water and form a cone shape around your fingers, sealing the dampened edge. Finally, take the ready-made pastry and fill it with the cooked mixture. Ready to serve, enjoy!
