Enjoy my latest Clay Douglass Cooking Secret: Pasta a la Parmesana.
Ingredients: 250 grams spaghetti (preferred fresh), 1/4 cup butter, 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese, 1 clove minced garlic.
Instructions: First, cook spaghetti for about 7-8 minutes and drain. Next, cook and stir garlic in butter over medium heat in a a pan. Next, add spaghetti into the pan and stir lightly. The final touch, sprinkle with cheese. Note: you can also add fresh parsley and diced tomatoes if desired. Finito!
Total time: 25 minutes.
