A new week and a new cooking secret brought to you by Clay Douglass.
Ingredients:1 can of tuna fish (if packed in water, add one spoon of quality olive oil), 1/3 cup of cottage cheese, 1 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoon minced fresh parsley, pinch or two of dill, 1/4 chopped onion, 1 finely chopped celery stalk, 1 tablespoon of capers, juice of half of a lemon, 1/2 tomato, 2 wide lettuce leaves.
Instructions: mix the tuna, cheese, mayo, parsley, dill, onion, celery stalk, capers, lemon and tomato. One the mix is ready, spread the mixture over one of the lettuce leaves. Finally, cover the sandwich with the remaining leave.
Total time: 20 minutes.
