Ingredients:1 cup celery,1 can pineapple chunks, 2 cups toasted pecans, 2 quarts red apples chopped, 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley, 2 cups green halved seedless grapes, 1 tablespoon strawberries, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 stick butter, 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Instructions: In a bowl, mix the celery, pineapple, pecans, apples, strawberries, parsley and grapes. This will be the base for your salad. Prepare the dressing in a separate bowl: mix and stir the lemon juice, sugar, butter, mayonnaise and cornstarch.
