Clay Douglass and his 95th cooking recipe, the All time Hummus!!!!

Ingredients: 420g chickpeas,  
2 small cloves of garlic, 
8 tablespoons of tahini (sesame paste), 
10 tablespoons of lemon juice,  
1 tablespoon of olive oil,  
¼ teaspoon of paprika and salt to taste.

Instructions: Add all the ingredients in the blender and blend until completely mix and have become a paste. Taste the hummus to see if it needs more salt or lemon juice. Serve in a flat all and decorate with paprika or onion. Add some arabic bread around to eat with the hummus.

You will like if: you like classic hummus.

Clay Douglass and His 46th Cooking Secret: Fried Egg Sandwich April 15, 2010

A new Clay Douglass Cooking Secret: Fried Egg Sandwich.

Ingredients: 2 teaspoons butter, 5 eggs, 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, 4 slices Swiss cheese, 8 slices toasted bread, 2 tablespoon ketchup, sand and pepper to taste.

Instructions: melt butter over medium high heat in a large skillet. Crack eggs in pan and cook as desired. Just before eggs are cooked, place a slice of cheese over each egg so it melts down. After cheese has melted, place each egg on a toasted slice of bread. Season eggs with salt and pepper and spread mayonnaise and ketchup on remaining slices of bread. Finally, cover eggs with bread to make 4 sandwiches. Serve warm or cold, you decide.

Total Time: 20 minutes.

You will like if: you like the mayo-ketchup-egg mix.

Another Clay Douglass Cooking Secret: Olive Salad.

Ingredients 50 grams pitted green olives, 2 cloves garlic, 2 sliced green onions, 1/2 cup  walnuts, 1 table spoon parsley, extra-virgin olive oil, salt and lemon juice.

Instructions:Finely chop the green olives, onions, garlic and parsley. Next,  chop the walnuts. Put all ingredients in a bowl, add lemon juice and stir gently. Chill and serve.

Total Time: 20 minutes.
