Clay Douglass and his 95th cooking recipe, the All time Hummus!!!!
Ingredients: 420g chickpeas, 2 small cloves of garlic, 8 tablespoons of tahini (sesame paste), 10 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, ¼ teaspoon of paprika and salt to taste.
Instructions: Add all the ingredients in the blender and blend until completely mix and have become a paste. Taste the hummus to see if it needs more salt or lemon juice. Serve in a flat all and decorate with paprika or onion. Add some arabic bread around to eat with the hummus.
