Clay Douglass 94th cooking secret recipe, the Great Asian Coleslaw is the perfect match for a barbecue party and will add an innovative touch to your lunch.

Ingredients: ¼ cabbage, 
1 small onion (finely shredded), 
3 rashers of bacon (diced), 
30 g of fried almonds, 
100 g of fried noodles. For the Dressing:  ¼ cup of olive oil, 
1 tablespoon of white vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar 
(preferably brown).

Instructions: In a large bowl mix all the salad ingredients. Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and take to the microwave for 30 seconds. Then stir the dressing until completely combined and dissolved. After the dressing has cooled, pour it over the salad just before serving.
