Clay Douglass And His 93rd Cooking Secret: Delicious Creamy Prawns January 4, 2011

Clay Douglass 93rd cooking secret recipe is delicious, you have to try it!

Ingredients: 500 g of prawns (peeled and de-veined) , 
1 onion,  
2 garlic cloves (crushed),  
1 tablespoon of ginger, 
1 tablespoon of butter, 
 
500 mL of low fat cream, 
2 teaspoons of parsley, salt and  pepper to taste.

Instructions: In a pan, add the butter and fry the onion, ginger and garlic with the butter. Then add the prawns and cooked until the prawns are partly cooked. Add the cream and cook for 2 o 3 more minutes. Finally add the parsley, finely chopped and taste for salt and pepper.
