Clay Douglass And His 88th Cooking Secret: Pizza Omelette November 29, 2010

I am sure you will enjoy this one. Clay Douglass brings you the Pizza Omelette.

Ingredients: 12 eggs,  
½ cup sour cream, butter and salt and pepper. Also, 1½ cups grated pizza cheese or half cheddar and mozzarella.

Different sauces and condiments you can choose from: Tomato sauce, Barbecue sauce, oregano, basil, garlic powder

You can also choose from different sliced toppings like: salami, ham, chicken, mushrooms, onion, capsicum, tomatoes etc..

Instruction:  First start heating medium pan over medium heat, with a little bit of butter. In a large bowl whisk the eggs and sour cream and mix the well.  Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then add half the egg mixture and evenly distribute the mixture throughout the pan. Cook for about 4 minutes and spread the sauce you have chosen on top of the omelette. Then add the add the chosen toppings on top and finally finish with the cheese, herbs and garlic powder. To finalize the plate, cook the omelette under a hot grill until the cheese turns brownish. Continue this process with all the omelettes.
