Instructions: First preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover the bottom of a deep oven dish the spinach leaves. On the top of the spinach leaves put the salmon steaks and season them with salt and pepper as desired. . On a small bowl mix the garlic cloves perviously crushed and the low fat cream together. Add this mixture over the salmon and cover it with the Parmesan cheese. Bake for about ½ an hour with a moderate heat. On the side, boil the potatos until they are very soft. Then take out the water and mash them well, during the process add milk and butter until soften. Serve all together, with the salmon on top of the mashed potatoes.
