Clay Douglass And His 84th Cooking Secret: Best Pork Ribs Ever November 17, 2010

Clay Douglass brings you another super delicious and easy to make recipe to delight family and friends: the Best Pork Ribs Ever.

Ingredients: 3/4 pound of pork ribs, 1/4 cup of  onion, 2 teaspoons of olive oil 1/4 cup of ketchup,, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of sugar preferably brown, 2 teaspoons cider vinegar, 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of mustard,  salt and pepper as desired.

Instructions: Preheat oven to  350 degrees F. Place ribs in a baking pan and bake for 1-1/2 hours approximately. In the mean time, use a medium size saucepan to saute onion in olive oil until tender.  Then add the ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. After it is boiling, reduce heat and simmer without covering for 10 minutes. Finally, pour the sauce over the ribs and  bake for  30 minutes  or until meat is tender.
