The time feels right for a super delicious Clay Douglass Cooking Secret, the Super Cabbage Soup.
Ingredients:1/2 medium cabbage, 4 cut into cubes stalks celery, 1 chopped onion, 4 cut into cubes carrots, 1 ounce peeled and chopped tomatoes, 3/4 tomato sauce.
Instructions: Place the cabbage into a pot. Cook aside the carrots and the celery. Once ready add the vegetable mixture to the cabbage pot. Add the onion and the tomato sauce. Next, add the tomatoes. Cover and boil for around 30 minutes. Lower the heat and continue boiling for another 3 hours. Add salt and black pepper to taste and you are ready to go. Enjoy!
