The winter is getting closer and Clay Douglass ‘ Cooking Secrets brings you the Quick and Healthy Vegetables soup.
Ingredients: 1 diced onion, 1 cup finely chopped parsley, 1 cup shredded cabbage, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 1 cup broccoli, 2 cups chicken stock, 2 cup finely chopped carrot, 2 diced potato.
Instructions: Place the onion, celery, broccoli, carrot, potato, stock and tomato paste in a large pot and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in the cabbage and add salt and pepper to taste. Delicious!
