Clay Douglass And His 55th Cooking Secret: Crab and Cheese Sandwich April 28, 2010

Clay Douglass 55th Cooking Secret is out. I hope you will enjoy!

Ingredients:12 oz. crab meat, 1 package English split and toasted muffins, 2 tablespoon butter, 1/4 c. chopped onion
, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. cheddar cheese shredded, paprika

Instructions: In medium saucepan, saute onions on olive oil over a low heat. Stir in crab and mayonnaise; add 1/2 cup cheese until melted. Arrange muffin halves on shallow baking pan; top each with crab mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and paprika. Broil until hot and bubbly, about 3-5 minutes. Serve immediately…and enjoy!
