A nice day out there, Clay Douglass brings you his 45th Cooking Secret: Squid Salad.
Ingredients:750 g squid, 10 tablespoon olive oil (extra preferably), 2 finely chopped onions,
7 tablespoons olive oil, 1 clove garlic, 3 chopped tomatoes, 2 small and chopped peppers, 150 grams peeled prawns, juice of 1/4 lemon, salt and black pepper.
Instructions:Clean the squid and slice it into thin rings. Next, heat 3 tablespoons of the oil in a frying-pan, add squid and garlic and cook for about 12 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper.
Next, put the squid, spring onions,tomatoes, peppers and prawns into a serving dish. Prepare a dressing with the remaining oil with the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Finally, pour the mix over the squid salad. The salad is finished, now leave the salad in the fridge in one hour.
Total Time: 40 minutes.
