Time for a new Clay Douglass Cooking Recipe: Black Beans and Rice
Ingredients: 2 teaspoon olive oil, 2 chopped onion, 2 chopped minced cloves,1 teaspoon ground cumin, 4 cup rice, 1/3 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 4 cups canned black beans, drained.
Instructions: In a stockpot over medium-high heat, heat the oil. Add the two onions and garlic and saute for 4 minutes. Add the rice and saute for another 3 minutes. Cover and lower the heat and cook for 20 minutes. Add the spices and black beans and…enjoy!
