Another Clay Douglass Cooking Secret: Olive Salad.
Ingredients 50 grams pitted green olives, 2 cloves garlic, 2 sliced green onions, 1/2 cup walnuts, 1 table spoon parsley, extra-virgin olive oil, salt and lemon juice.
Instructions:Finely chop the green olives, onions, garlic and parsley. Next, chop the walnuts. Put all ingredients in a bowl, add lemon juice and stir gently. Chill and serve.
Total Time: 20 minutes.
