It´s a sunny Monday, perfect time for a colorful recipe. Clay Douglass Cooking Secrets brings you the Pasta Salad recipe.

Clay Douglass Cooking Secrets - Pasta Salad

History: despite the pasta salad recipe being originally from Italy, it became very popular in Australia when the Mrs. Crockets company launched their own recipe in supermarkets back in the 90´s.

Total Time: 30 minutes.

Ingredients: the recipe is very simple, you will need some colored spiral pasta, 1 red onion, 1 black pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 1 green pepper, 4 tomatoes, 200 grams of black olives and Italian salad dressing.

Instructions: you will cook the pasta for around 8 minutes, drain it and let it cool down. In the meantime, chop the onion, pepper, tomatoes and drained olives. Once the pasta is cooled down, mix it with all the ingredients. Finally, add Italian salad dressing to your liking.
