Ingredients: 1 croissant, Lettuce leaf, 1 slice Swiss cheese, 2 thin tomato slices, 1 fresh sliced mushroom,
1 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 slices onion, 1/2 teaspoon snipped fresh basil crushed, 4 thin slices cucumber
Instructions: If desired, wrap croissant in foil and heat in a 350 degree F oven about 4 minutes or just until warm. Split croissant and arrange lettuce leaf, Swiss cheese, tomato slices, cucumber, and mushroom slices on bottom half of the croissant. Combine mayonnaise and basil and Spoon over mixture. Add top half of croissant and you are ready to enjoy. A coffee is the perfect hot drink for this recipe!
