It´s almost Saturday, a very healthy Clay Douglass´Cooking Secret for lunch, tomato mozzarella salad.
Ingredients:3 tomatoes, 3 tablespoon chopped onion, 100 grams thinly sliced Mozzarella, 1/2 tablespoon dried basil, 1/2 c. Wishbone Italian dressing
Instructions:Marinate several hours, spooning dressing over salad occasionally. Yield 4 servings. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Next, chop the onions, slice the mozzarella and season with the basil and Italian dressing. Add salt to your liking. Enjoy!
