Are you having a tough Monday? You will make it through the day with this new recipe: Prawn Sandwich.
Ingredients: 6 slices granary bread, softened butter, handful of watercress, and 125 grams trimmed cooked prawns, 3 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup and paprika.
Instructions: spread two slices of bread with softened butter. Arrange the watercress on the bread. Mix the prawns together with the ketchup and mayonnaise and add the mixture onto the watercress. Sprinkle with paprika and sandwich together with the remaining bread. This is all you need, enjoy!
