Clay Douglass Cooking Secrets - Mushroom Soup

History: the most popular mushroom soup is the Campbell Soup which was integrated by Andy Warhol into a series of pop art silkscreens.

Total Time: 60 minutes.

Ingredients: 6 tablespoons olive oil, 2 sliced carrots, 500 grams sliced fresh mushrooms, 3 minced garlic, 1 tablespoon. pepper, 300 grams white rice, 2 liters of water, 4 tablespoons chopped onion, 500 grams sliced chicken, 1 tablespoon basil.

Instructions: Add the oil in a pan, add the onions and saute them. Then, add the garlic, mushrooms and carrot. Cook for 5 minutes and add water. Finally, add basil, pepper and rice. Simmer for 40 minutes until rice is ready. Ready to enjoy.
