I hope you enjoyed my first recipe, it’s now time for the second one: Chocolate chip pancakes.
History: The Middle English word Pancake, appears in an English culinary manuscript in 1430.
Total time: 25 minutes.
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 cups milk, 1/4 vegetable oil, 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips.
Instructions: Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Then combine milk, eggs and oil; add to dry ingredients and make sure it is well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a lightly greased hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top and side is golden brown; cook until second side is also golden brown.
Your delicious pancakes are now finished – enjoy!
