New Clay Douglass Cooking Secret: Broccoli Salad
Ingredients: 2 heads broccoli, 6 slices bacon, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese. For the dressing: 1/4 cup vinegar, 1 cup mayonnaise
Instructions:Fry bacon until crispy, drain grease and set aside. Cut up broccoli into pieces. Cut up enough for about 4 cups of broccoli and cook over medium heat until the broccoli becomes tender . Add onion, cheese, bacon and dressing. Crumble bacon into bits, add to bowl and toss salad just before serving.
