Ingredients:: 500 grams ravioli, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 5 minced garlic, 250 grams fresh sliced mushrooms, 3 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, 2 chopped onions, half red pepper, 250 grams Alfredo sauce.
Instructions:Put the ravioli in a large pot and bring water to boil. Cook for 6-7 minutes; Lift out the ravioli and drain. Next, put oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, pepper, onion and garlic and cook until crispy. Mix the Alfredo sauce with the ravioli, mushrooms, garlic and onion. Heat until sauce is heated. Finally, top the dish with the Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
